Wired setup took me about twenty minutes with the included cables, and the 1080p image is crisp enough to read a license plate from my driveway at dusk. Pairing it with my DVR gave me solid around-the-clock coverage without any Wi-Fi hiccups.
Picture quality is crisp during the day, but I'm most impressed by how far the night vision reaches—I can clearly make out deer at the edge of my yard. Took about twenty minutes to mount and wire into my existing DVR setup, and it's been rock-solid ever since.
The night vision on this thing is genuinely impressive—I can make out a raccoon’s face at the edge of my driveway in complete darkness. Picture quality is sharp enough to read a license plate from about 20 feet away, and the wired connection means zero lag when I check the feed on my DVR.
